PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EXPANSION
MRA has reviewed over 150 of PHL’s Concessions Program tenant fit-outs, and served as the concession developer project manager for 7 terminal expansion, connector, or hammerhead basebuilding construction projects. Through such work, mra has developed a firm reputation for thoroughness to detail, sensitivity to project goals, and effective communication and challenge-resolution processes.

TRANSPORTATION ENHANCEMENT, DelDOT
Restoration Projects throughout State of Delaware
As consultant to Delaware’s Dept. of Transportation, MRA served as project manager for the state’s Transportation Enhancement Program. Projects included renovation and preservation of train stations, lighthouses, and other historic transportation buildings.

B.B.COMEGYS SCHOOL BEAUTIFICATION
Southwest Philadelphia
By guiding neighbors, parents, and other stakeholders through the planning, design, and implementation stages of their goal, MRA served as project manager to a traditionally underserved community attempting a large and involved community/schoolyard beautification project. Phase I of the project was completed with the planting of 80 bare-root and B&B trees by local residents, school employees, and local 4th and 5th graders.

COATESVILLE CHARRETTE & URBAN DESIGN PLAN
As prompted by city officials, MRA assisted Coatesville, PA with developing and conducting a charrette that explored their revitalization goals. Over the span of several months, stakeholder participation was successfully generated and culminated in an intense and productive 6-day community design workshop in October, 2003.
